Thoughts on Life

When is it that life gets so complicated? It's as if one day you wake up in the morning and everything simplistic seems to have gone away overnight. Much like a child's innocence. When is it all hopes and dreams get so lost in this midst of confusion we call life? There are no fairy tales, there is no happily ever after. Relationships don't turn out the way you imagined, people you love the most tend to disappoint you the most, and sometimes you realize the biggest disappointment in your life can be yourself. There always seems to be one new problem and one less solution with every day that passes. Most dreams don't come true while you are awake. There is no such thing as wish upon a star, and if there is, all the wishing stars have fallen from my sky.
